Training the Next Generation of MRD Experts

MIRACLE offers a unique, structured training programme designed to equip a new generation of researchers with the expertise needed to tackle minimal residual disease (MRD) in leukemia. Rooted in the principles of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, MIRACLE combines interdisciplinary scientific excellence with an intersectoral training environment that spans academia, clinical institutions, and industry. Each of the ten Doctoral Candidates (DCs) will engage in an integrated research project while receiving specialised training in cutting-edge technologies, including single-cell multi-omics, advanced bioinformatics, organ-on-chip systems, and immunotherapy development.

Through international secondments, participation in network-wide training events, and personalised career development plans, the researchers will develop a unique skill set that bridges fundamental science and clinical application. MIRACLE’s comprehensive approach aims not only to advance leukemia treatment but also to prepare its researchers for diverse career paths in science, innovation, and beyond.
